The Torn Suit is an outfit in We Happy Few.

Buff TechFriendly Overview[]

The Proper Suit is a simple outfit that conforms in the Garden District, but not in Hamlyn Village or the Parade District.

Buff EasilyForgotten Appearance[]

Arthur's Torn Suit is a very shabby Proper Suit that is missing its white dress shirt and has several holes in it. The tie is untucked and loosely drapes down the front. The buttons also appear to be undone. Danny Defoe can be seen wearing the suit during the quest Rorke's Drift Bridge, though he wears a green bow tie instead of the regular black tie. Some Wastrels can also be seen wearing the suit.

Sally's version is a torn version of her own Proper Suit. The sleeves are brown instead of black, and it has multiple tears. She does not wear gloves while wearing the suit, revealing that her nails are painted white.

Buff LuckyBreak Locations[]

The outfit has to be crafted in order to be used; it cannot be found naturally in the world.

Ollie cannot craft the Torn Suit at all, though his military uniform conforms in the Garden District just fine.

Buff Conformist Trivia[]

  • The in-game model for Sally's Torn Suit is the same as Arthur's Torn Suit.

Old Content[]

The earliest version of the Torn Suit was made available in the Pre-Alpha 11219 build of We Happy Few.

Buff TechFriendly Overview[]

Upon every new game, the player had to craft a Torn Suit using the Simple Suit that they spawned with in order to fit in with the other Wastrels. In the PAX East 21735 build, the player spawned with the Torn Suit already on.

If a Wellie or bobby spotted the player wearing the Torn Suit, they would run up and attack them unprompted, no matter where in the city they were.
